We're proud to celebrate the achievements of our people, and we're delighted that Richard (Rich) Conti was recognised as Product Manager of the Year at the Digital Technology Leaders Awards.

The award recognised Rich's leadership in developing Detail, our bespoke online uniform management platform, and the significant impact it has had on simplifying the uniform ordering experience for our customers and wearers.

The Digital Technology Leaders Awards celebrate individuals who have delivered outstanding innovation and leadership within technology.

Rich was nominated for his work leading the development of Detail and went on to win the prestigious Product Manager of the Year award against strong competition.

The achievement reflects not only his vision but also the dedication and collaboration of the wider project team.

 
Transforming the uniform ordering experience

Dimensions first began investing in online uniform management solutions in 2007 with the launch of DUOS.

As customer expectations evolved, we recognised the opportunity to create a more modern, intuitive platform that would make managing uniform simpler for both organisations and wearers.

While Rich received the individual award, he was quick to recognise the contribution of everyone involved in delivering the project.
