Helping Fund 30,000 School Breakfasts Across the UK
At Dimensions, we're passionate about supporting the communities our customers serve. That's why we're proud to support the Greggs Foundation Breakfast Club Programme, helping children access a healthy breakfast before the school day begins.
We've been working with Greggs since 2014, supplying branded uniforms for colleagues across the business. As our partnership has grown, so has our commitment to making a positive difference beyond the workplace.
Since becoming a supporter of the Greggs Foundation Breakfast Club Programme in 2016, and through our continued funding, we've helped provide at least 30,000 free breakfasts for children at Roe Farm Primary School.
Supporting children to start the day well
For many children, a nutritious breakfast provides the energy and focus they need to get the most from their school day. The Greggs Foundation Breakfast Club Programme helps schools support pupils by offering a free breakfast each morning, creating a positive start to the day and helping children arrive ready to learn.
The programme supports hundreds of schools across the UK, making a meaningful difference to thousands of children and their families every year.
Lynne Hindmarch, Greggs Foundation Breakfast Club Manager, said:
"Food insecurity is a major issue in the UK and it is shocking to think that not every child has access to breakfast. The Breakfast Club Programme is made possible thanks to the support of Greggs Foundation and our business partners. Their commitment is vital to the programme's success, and we're incredibly grateful to Dimensions for helping support the children at Roe Farm Primary School. We couldn't do it without the wonderful partnership we've developed."
Helen Weston, Head Teacher at Roe Farm Primary School, added:
"The funding support we receive from Dimensions is a real benefit to the children, enabling those who attend to receive a healthy and nutritious breakfast that sets them up for the day ahead. They are able to enjoy a range of healthy breakfast options to fuel their learning."
A partnership that makes a difference
We're proud that our partnership with Greggs extends beyond designing and supplying uniforms. Supporting the Greggs Foundation Breakfast Club Programme is one of the many ways we can work together to make a positive impact in local communities.
Helping fund more than 30,000 breakfasts at Roe Farm Primary School is an achievement we're incredibly proud of, and we look forward to continuing to support initiatives that help children thrive.
