Delivering exceptional customer service has always been at the heart of what we do, so we were delighted to be recognised at the UK National Contact Centre Awards 2018.

Two members of the Dimensions team were shortlisted as finalists, highlighting the dedication, expertise and passion that goes into supporting our customers every day.

 
Recognising customer service excellence

The UK National Contact Centre Awards are among the longest-running and most respected awards celebrating excellence in customer service and contact centres across the UK.

Being named as finalists recognised the work our team had done to continually improve the customer experience and deliver outstanding support to both customers and wearers.

We were proud to see two colleagues recognised in individual award categories:

  • Julie Wright – Finalist, Contact Centre Manager of the Year
  • Maharlika Wilcockson – Finalist, Customer Experience Champion

These nominations reflected the commitment both colleagues demonstrated in improving service standards and creating positive experiences for our customers.

 
Putting customers first

At Dimensions, customer service is about much more than answering queries.

We continually review and improve every stage of the customer journey, looking for opportunities to make ordering, support and communication as simple and effective as possible.

Whether supporting contract managers or individual uniform wearers, our Customer Service team works closely with colleagues across the business to resolve issues quickly and deliver a consistently high standard of care.

While the awards recognised individual achievements, they also reflected the wider efforts of the Customer Service department.

Providing excellent service relies on collaboration across multiple teams, and these finalist nominations recognised the collective commitment to continually raising standards and improving the customer experience.

Industry recognition is always rewarding, but our focus remains on delivering the best possible experience for every customer, every day.

We're incredibly proud of Julie, Maharlika and the entire Customer Service team for this well-deserved recognition, and we'll continue investing in our people, processes and technology to ensure we deliver the high levels of service our customers expect.
