growth

Customer Services Administrator 

Jade's career started at the heart of the business supporting reception, processing customer service orders and managing post. She quickly became a go-to source of support for customers and colleagues alike. From phone calls and emails to web chats and rollout orders, no two days were ever the same.

📞 2008 - 2009

Customer Services Co-Ordinator 

Jade became a trusted point of contact for customers, alongside handling queries and providing system support. She played a key role in major rollout projects, supporting roadshows and visiting customer sites. Her growing knowledge of accounts and operations made her an invaluable link between customers and the wider business.

Purchasing Co-Ordinator 

With a strong operational background, Jade moved into Purchasing, taking ownership of complex supply chain activities. Working closely with 24 factories around the world, she supported on purchase orders, product set-up, shipment planning and critical project timelines.

Category Buyer

Today, Jade is a Category Buyer with responsibility for dedicated product categories. Drawing on years of customer service and purchasing experience, she works closely with suppliers and internal teams to oversee every detail within her category. Jade's broad knowledge of the business gives her a unique perspective, helping to balance quality, value and customer needs.
