Imran supported the rollout of a major premium food retailer, Imran's first large-scale customer launch. The scale, reputation and success of the project made it a career highlight and a valuable learning experience

Customer Services Administrator
Imran began his journey in Customer Services, supporting a portfolio of retail customers with orders, enquiries and day-to-day account support. The role helped him build a strong understanding of customer needs and the importance of delivering great service.

Account Assistant
As an Account Assistant, Imran worked closely with a Senior Account Manager, supporting several large national retail customers. From customer communications and reporting to site visits and major rollouts, he gained valuable experience managing complex projects and building customer relationships.

Today, Imran manages a portfolio of transport and care sector customers, leading accounts and guiding key decisions from start to finish. Having successfully managed multiple rollouts, he enjoys building strong partnerships and helping customers deliver uniform programmes that meet the needs of their people.
