Logistics Centre 

Emiliana began her career journey in Pick Pack and Dispatch (PPD), before quickly progressing into an administrative support role for the Operations Management team. 

Customer Services 

Emiliana provided dedicated customer service support for two national accounts, while also supporting a range of additional customers across phone and email channels. She managed customer rollouts, coordinated assigned projects, provided administrative support to the Commercial team, and helped train and support new colleagues.

Commercial Admin Support 

Emiliana provided administrative support within the Commercial team, working closely with Senior Account Managers to support customer relationships, projects and rollout product management. She also supported tender activity while transitioning into her next role.

Senior Account Manager 

Emiliana managed a dedicated nationwide customer account, leading major uniform rollout programmes and supporting day-to-day operations.

She launched a nationwide roadshow programme, visiting more than 200 locations and engaging with over 2,000 wearers through research sessions.

She supported one of the largest corporatewear rebrand rollouts in Dimensions history, delivering uniforms to 130,000 wearers, followed by operational support for a further 40,000-wearer rollout programme.

Business Development Manager & Transition manager

Emiliana supports on client pitches and presentations, helping to build new customer relationships and opportunities. she led a major international tender while supporting several others and, following a significant contract win with Canadian client she took on the role of Transition Manager to support international commercial growth. This included overseeing Canadian operations, supporting the client relationship, recruiting and building an international team, and leading warehouse and logistics set-up with cross-department collaboration across the business.
