Dimensions are proud to announce they have made it through to the finals at the prestigious UK National Contact Centre Awards 2018. The UK National Contact Centre awards, in their 23rd Year in 2018, are the longest established contact centre awards in the UK and recognise the best in the industry.
Customer Service Manager Julie Wright has been nominated for Contact Centre Manager of the Year whilst Customer Experience Lead Maharlika Wilcockson is nominated for Customer Experience Champion.
The awards come as a testimony to Dimensions hard work over the last year in their customer service department. Julie Wright, Customer Service Manager has been working tirelessly to improve the experience that wearers get from her team and is delighted that the Customer Service team’s efforts are being recognised.
“I’m proud of my department and the hard work they put in every day and to have myself and Maharlika recognised by the CCMA is just fantastic.”
Maharlika Wilcockson of Dimensions is thrilled with being a finalist in her category and said: “To be nominated for Customer Experience Champion was amazing, and to find out that I am now through to the finals is an incredible feeling! I can’t quite believe it and I’m really excited to attend the awards ceremony in May.”
Phil Harland Director of Client Management said: “At Dimensions we put the customer at the heart of everything we do, and we continuously strive to improve the customer journey. Having two of our staff members as finalists in the CCMA awards shows that their hard work is paying off. I’m looking forward to hearing the results of the awards in May and wish Julie and Maharlika the best of luck.”
