Dimensions provide uniform to Air Ambulance
Posted on 15 April, 2016
Dimensions recently provided The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) with some epaulettes for their paramedics and ranked ground crew. As suppliers of uniform to the North East Ambulance Service, Dimensions were only happy to help GNAAS with their request. Although only small pieces of uniforms, epaulettes are vital to identify emergency workers at the scene of an incident.
The charity respond to approximately 1,000 calls each year across the North East, North Yorkshire and Cumbria and transport trauma doctors and paramedics to primarily life threatening incidents.
Dimensions account manager Paul Lippeatt was able to hand deliver the epaulettes and managed to sneak in a tour of the GNAAS site whilst he was there. Paul said “the GNAAS is a huge operation and it was fantastic to meet some of the teams who provide such a brilliant service to the north of the UK. Their work is essential to provide pre-hospital care and save lives of those involved in potentially life threatening incidents. The charity provides an invaluable service and we have been happy to help.”
Dimensions are very pleased to hear that the epaulettes we provided to the GNAAS have been well received. As suppliers of uniform, we despatched over 40,000 pairs of epaulettes in 2015 and were very happy to assist the charity with their request.
