At Dimensions, we pride ourselves on being able to provide an unparalleled service to our clients. To ensure this, each client account is provided with a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator, who has expert knowledge of their assigned client range.
One way of celebrating the fantastic service which our Customer Service team delivers, is by showing appreciation for those who go above and beyond to manage and implement the processes and procedures which make our clients’ experiences exceptional. Two team members who do this on a daily basis, are Nicola Reynish, Customer Service Manager and Sam Brinley, Customer Service Team Leader, who have recently both been nominated for the UK National Contact Centre Awards.
Dimensions is a member of the Call Centre Management Association (CCMA), a professional body for the sharing of best practice amongst call centre professionals. Earlier this year, we received an email informing us about the upcoming awards and decided to make this our first year to enter. Nicky and Sam were nominated for different awards by other members of the Dimensions team and both were shortlisted two weeks later. A judging visit took place at Dimensions at the end of April, which involved a tour of the contact centre, as well as interviews with the nominees, their line managers and members of their team.
Both ladies passed with flying colours and the following week were emailed with the brilliant news that they had got through to the final shortlist and have been invited to the dinner and awards ceremony, which will take place on Wednesday 18th May at The Brewery, London.
This is a fantastic achievement and everyone at Dimensions would like to say a huge ‘Good Luck’ to Nicky and Sam!
