At Dimensions, supporting communities has always been an important part of who we are. Whether it's helping local charities or supporting education overseas, we're proud to work alongside organisations making a real difference to people's lives.
This update highlights two initiatives that demonstrate how small actions can create lasting impact.
For many years, we've supported Gandaria School in Dhaka, helping children access education and creating opportunities for young people to build brighter futures.
As part of our ongoing commitment, we continued funding the university education of three female students, enabling them to complete the final year of their studies.
Working closely with local partners, we also explored new ways to support the school, including strengthening relationships with our supply chain partners in Bangladesh to encourage further sponsorship and long-term community investment.
Another initiative focused on improving children's health and wellbeing by funding the school's daily milk programme for 12 months.
For many pupils, this provided access to a daily glass of milk that they may not otherwise receive at home, helping support healthy growth and development while they continued their education.
Closer to home, our colleagues continued supporting Doorways Derby, a charity that provides practical help for people experiencing homelessness across Derby.
Working alongside the charity's volunteers, we donated clothing, toiletries and other essential items to support people facing difficult circumstances.
These contributions helped provide comfort and practical assistance, particularly during periods of challenging weather when warm clothing and waterproof items were urgently needed.
Community support takes many forms, from investing in education and health to providing everyday essentials for those who need them most.
