We're proud to have been shortlisted for two Engage Awards, recognising our commitment to creating a workplace where colleagues can learn, develop and have their voices heard.

The Engage Awards celebrate excellence in customer and employee engagement across organisations throughout the UK, with Dimensions named as finalists in two categories:

  • Best Use of Training
  • Best Use of Voice of the Employee

Investing in our people

We believe that great customer experiences start with engaged, knowledgeable and supported colleagues.

That's why we continue to invest in learning and development, creating opportunities for people to build new skills, grow their careers and reach their full potential.

Alongside professional development, we also believe it's important that colleagues feel listened to. Encouraging feedback helps us continually improve the way we work, ensuring our people play an active role in shaping the future of the business.

Hayley Brooks, Managing Director at Dimensions, said:

"We're delighted to have been recognised for the work taking place across our Learning and Development team. We've invested significant time in creating opportunities for colleagues to develop their skills while ensuring everyone has a voice in helping us continually improve as a business. We're incredibly proud to be recognised by the Engage Awards."

Why employee engagement matters

When colleagues feel supported, valued and empowered, everyone benefits.

Investing in development not only helps individuals progress in their careers, but also strengthens collaboration, improves customer service and creates a positive working environment where people can thrive.

Being shortlisted for these awards was a welcome recognition of our ongoing commitment to building a culture centred around learning, engagement and continuous improvement.

We'd like to congratulate all the finalists and look forward to celebrating the achievements of organisations from across the UK at the awards ceremony.
