To mark International Women's Day, we celebrated the incredible women who help lead our business and reflected on the importance of encouraging the next generation of female leaders.
At the time of publication, women made up 61% of our Senior Leadership Team, significantly higher than the global average for senior management positions. Collectively, the team brought decades of experience across finance, marketing, HR, commercial operations and many other areas of the business.
Managing Director Hayley Brooks said:

Throughout our careers we've all faced different challenges, particularly in industries and roles that have traditionally been male dominated. It's been wonderful to come together to celebrate how far we've come, while recognising there's always more we can do to support future generations."
Supporting people to develop their careers is an important part of who we are.
We continue to invest in learning and development through apprenticeships, management programmes and a wide range of professional training opportunities, helping colleagues build the skills and confidence to progress throughout their careers.
For Hayley, encouraging future leaders starts with curiosity and a willingness to keep learning.
"Our message to the next generation is simple: find something you enjoy and be passionate about it. If you're not sure what that is yet, that's okay, keep exploring. Never stop learning and stay curious. Skills can be developed throughout your career, but a positive attitude and a willingness to grow are what really make the difference."
International Women's Day provides an opportunity to celebrate achievements, recognise progress and continue the conversation around equality and inclusion in the workplace.
